Shipping

Every Earth Mat is carefully prepared and dispatched from Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Australia

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier demand.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery estimates generally range from 5–15 business days, however customs processing and local postal services may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery timeframes are estimates only. Earth Mat Australia cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, customs, courier disruptions or incorrect delivery information provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels sent to incorrectly supplied addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
